Our Head of Administration, with her Russian-Polish roots, brings a unique cultural background and a multifaceted perspective to the team. An active and energetic individual, she is passionate about active and extreme sports and enthusiastically explores the world through travel. Every new journey for her is an opportunity to immerse herself in local culture and cuisine, discovering new flavors and unusual dish combinations. Dreaming of visiting all the Michelin-starred restaurants in the world, she meticulously collects recipes and experiments in the kitchen. Borsch is her favorite traditional Russian dish, she cooks on cold winter evenings for her family and loved ones, creating warmth and coziness at the hearth.

Everything that matters is about people. A marketing addict since he learned to use a mouse, he devours information and readings on the most diverse topics. If you want to know why penguins don’t fly or the history of kombucha, he’s the person to ask. Devoted to Food & Beverage since he started his career, he strongly judges anyone who says, “I don’t like eating out.” To compensate for the large amounts of calories and sugars consumed, he does almost any sport that is suggested to him and even watches second-division handball matches on TV. If you go to a bar with him, expect him to spend the first 5 minutes looking at the bottles. If you take him to a restaurant, hope they have truffle fries, or he might get nervous. He eats a lot but doesn’t show it, so keep that in mind when you’re with him and suggest a quick salad (don’t do it!).
