Ingredients
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 150 g Aged pecorino cheese
- 100 g Spicy Bariolè olives
- 100 g Whole Bella di Cerignola Olives
- 200 g Rosemary sticks
- 8-10 Cherry tomatoes
- 2-3 Tablespoons Walnuts or other nuts to taste (optional)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Honey
Instructions
Prepare the Cheeses:
1. Cut the gorgonzola and aged pecorino into slices or chunks.
Assemble the Platter:
2. Place the gorgonzola and pecorino pieces on a large platter or serving board
3. Place the honey in a small bowl at the center of the platter, ready to be served with the cheeses.
4. Arrange the mix of Spicy Bariolè olives and Whole Bella di Cerignola Olives in a separate bowl or directly on the platter.
5. Arrange the Rosemary sticks breadsticks on the platter.
6. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and add them to the platter.
7. If desired, add chopped walnuts or other nuts
Serve:
8. Serve the platter immediately, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of flavors and combinations.
