Ingredients

  • 4 Slices Rustic bread
  • 100 g Minced Summer truffle
  • 150 g Fresh Goat cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fresh Arugula leaves
  • Acacia honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Crostini:
1. Toast the slices of rustic bread on a grill or in a pan with a drizzle of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden and crispy.

Spread the Cheese and Paté:
2. Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
3. Add a spoonful of Minced Summer truffle on top of the cheese.

Add the Arugula:
4. Place a few fresh arugula leaves on each crostini.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish and Serve:
6. For a sweet touch, drizzle some acacia honey over the crostini before serving.
