Ingredients

  • 200 g Dry digestive biscuits
  • 100 g Melted butter
  • 200 g Amy
  • 150 g Cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)

Instructions

Prepare the Base:
1. Crumble the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
2. Distribute the mixture into the base of tartlet molds, pressing firmly to form a compact base.
Refrigeration Time: 30 minutes

Prepare the Filling:
3. In a bowl, mix the Amy almond spreadable cream with the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.

Assemble:
4. Spoon the filling onto the biscuit bases in the molds.
5. Smooth with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Refrigeration Time: 2 hours

Serve:
6. Decorate with fresh fruit before serving.
