- 200 g Dry digestive biscuits
- 100 g Melted butter
- 200 g Amy
- 150 g Cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered sugar
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
1. Crumble the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
2. Distribute the mixture into the base of tartlet molds, pressing firmly to form a compact base.

Prepare the Filling:
3. In a bowl, mix the Amy almond spreadable cream with the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
Assemble:
4. Spoon the filling onto the biscuit bases in the molds.
5. Smooth with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
