Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 Cup Amy
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen berries (such as blueberries or strawberries)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

Blend Ingredients:
1. In a blender, combine almond milk, Amy, frozen banana, frozen berries, chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using)

Blend Until Smooth:
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Serve:
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
