Ingredients
- 2 Cans Tuna in oil
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Red onion
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 50 g pitted black olives
- 100 g Mini-Chomps Sesame and poppy seeds crackers
- Mixed salad greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Tuna and Vegetables:
1. Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork.
2. Slice the cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
Combine the Ingredients:
3. Add the sliced vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.
4. Add the pitted black olives.
5. Add the Mini-Chomps Sesame and poppy seeds crackers to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Dress the Salad:
6. Drizzle with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the juice of half a lemon.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well to distribute the dressing evenly.
Serve:
8. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a serving plate.
9. Top with the prepared tuna salad.
10. Serve as an appetizer or main dish.
