Ingredients

  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 ml Fresh cream
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Cantucci cookies with coconut and dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the mousse:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and combine with the melted chocolate.
3. Separately, whip the cream and egg whites until stiff.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream and egg whites into the chocolate mixture.

Chill:
5. Pour the mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve:
6. Before serving, crumble the Cantucci cookies with coconut and dark chocolate chips on top for added crunch.
