Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette or rustic Italian bread, sliced
  • 2–3 Garlic cloves for rubbing on bread
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With Garlic Flavor
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Prepare the Bread:
2. Slice the baguette diagonally into pieces about 1 cm thick.
3. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With Garlic Flavor.

Bake the Bread:
4. Bake the bread slices for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Topping:
5. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and season them with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh basil.

Assemble the Bruschetta:
6. Once the bread slices are ready, top each with the seasoned tomatoes.

Serve:
7. Serve immediately.
