Ingredients

  • 200 g Rosemary sticks
  • 200 g Greek yogurt (or plain natural yogurt, low-fat or soy)
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (optional)
  • Basil (or other herbs like parsley or chives)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Dip:
1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
2. Add the chopped basil, salt, and pepper, and season with lemon juice, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mustard, and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
3. Mix well to combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Serve:
4. Dip the Rosemary sticks into the yogurt sauce.
