Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti con archetto
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With White Truffle Flavor
- 1 Garlic clove
- 100 g Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Spaghetti:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Spaghetti con archetto according to the package instructions until al dente.
Prepare the Garlic Oil:
2. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With White Truffle Flavor over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden, then remove the garlic.
Combine Pasta and Oil:
4. Drain the spaghetti and add them to the pan with the truffle-infused oil.
5. Mix well.
Add Cheese:
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, and continue stirring until the cheese has melted and coated the spaghetti.
Season and Serve:
7. Season with black pepper to taste and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
8. Serve hot.
