Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 150 ml Truffle sauce
  • 100 ml Milk or cream
  • 50 g Butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chives, for garnish

Instructions

Boil the Potatoes:
1. Cook the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.

Mash the Potatoes:
2. Add the butter and milk to the potatoes, and mash until smooth.

Add the Truffle Sauce:
3. Stir in the Truffle sauce, mixing well to incorporate.

Season and Serve:
4. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped chives.
