Ingredients
For the base:
• 200 g of dry biscuits (such as digestive)
• 100 g of melted butter
For the filling:
• 200 g of almond spread
• 150 g of cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
• 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
• Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
1. Crumble the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
2. Distribute the mixture into the base of tartlet molds, pressing firmly to form a compact base.
— Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling:
3. In a bowl, mix the almond spread with the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
Assemble:
4. Spoon the filling onto the biscuit bases in the molds.
5. Smooth with a spatula
— Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve:
6. Decorate with fresh fruit before serving.
