Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan shavings
  • 1 cup Mini-Chomps Truffle crackers
  • 4 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 Tablespoons Sunflower and pumpkin seeds (combined)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Arrange the Salad:
1. Place the fresh arugula on a serving plate.
2. Add the Parmesan shavings and seeds on top of the arugula.

Add Crackers:
3. Break the Mini-Chomps Truffle crackers into pieces and sprinkle them over the salad.

Dress the Salad:
4. Dress with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Toss and Serve:
5. Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients.
6. Serve immediately.
