- 4 Chicken thighs
- 4 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With Chili Pepper Flavor
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Lemon, juice and zest
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Prepare the Marinade:
2. In a large bowl, mix the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With Chili Pepper Flavor, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Chicken:
3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and massage well to coat evenly with the marinade.
Arrange and Bake:
4. Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden.
Serve:
6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
