Ingredients
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup Bariolè marinated olives, halved
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• Fresh thyme sprigs
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Chicken:
2. In a baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the chicken, then top with halved Bariolè marinated olives and lemon slices.
4. Add fresh thyme sprigs over the top.
Bake:
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
Serve:
6. Serve hot, garnished with extra thyme and a side of your favorite vegetables or salad.
