Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 Cup Spicy Bariolè Olives, halved
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken:
2. In a baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts. Drizzle with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the chicken, then top with halved Spicy Bariolè Olives and lemon slices.
4. Add fresh thyme sprigs over the top.

Bake:
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden.

Serve:
6. Serve hot, garnished with extra thyme and a side of your favorite vegetables or salad.
