Ingredients

  • 4 Beef filets
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 1/2 Cup Beef broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Beef Filets:
1. In a large skillet, heat the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef filets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until reaching the desired level of doneness.
3. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Sauté the Onion:
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced red onion and cook until softened and translucent.

Prepare the Sauce:
5. Add the Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and beef broth, stirring well.
6. Bring to a boil and then let simmer until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly.

Warm the Filets:
7. Return the filets to the skillet, briefly warming them in the sauce.
8. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve:
9. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve with your choice of side dishes.
