- 4 Beef Fillets
- 2 Tablespoons Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Truffle Flavored
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With White Truffle Flavor
- 1 Garlic clove
- 50 g Butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the Beef:
1. Heat the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With White Truffle Flavor in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the whole garlic clove and the beef fillets.
3. Cook to your desired doneness, about 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
4. Remove the fillets from the pan and keep warm.
Prepare the Sauce:
5. In the same pan, add butter and Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Truffle Flavored.
6. Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
7. Return the fillets to the pan, turning them to coat with the sauce.
Serve:
8. Serve the fillets topped with the sauce, accompanied by your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
