Ingredients
- 1 Baguette or rustic bread, sliced
- 300 g Champignon mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Truffle Flavored
Instructions
Prepare the Bread:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with a bit of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
3. Toast in the oven until golden brown.
Cook the Mushrooms:
4. Heat Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
5. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms.
6. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Bruschette:
8. Top each toasted bread slice with the cooked mushrooms.
9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
10. Drizzle with Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Truffle Flavored.
11. Serve immediately.
