Ingredients
- 4 Ripe Tomatoes
- 250 g Buffalo mozzarella
- 1 Bunch fresh basil
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil With Garlic Flavor
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preparation:
1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into 1 cm thick slices.
2. On a serving plate, alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella in a circular pattern or in rows.
3. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the tomato and mozzarella slices.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Drizzle with Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil With Garlic Flavor
