Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 Tablespoons Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pomegranate Flavored
  • 3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the Chicken:
1. Heat Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, remove from pan and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:
3. In the same pan, add red onion and cook until transparent.
4. Stir in Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pomegranate Flavored and honey.  Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

Finish and Serve:
5. Return chicken breasts to the pan and coat with sauce.
6. Simmer for a few minutes to ensure chicken is heated through and coated with sauce.

Serving Suggestion:
7. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over the top. Ideal with roasted vegetables or a side of rice.

Cooking Time: About 6-7 minutes per side.
