Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons Truffle crush
  • 200 ml Cooking cream
  • 1 Garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Sprig of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
1. In a pan, heat the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped garlic and the rosemary sprig.

Cook the Chicken:
3. Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.

Prepare the Truffle Sauce:
5. In the same pan, add the cooking cream and Truffle crush.
6. Mix well and cook over low heat until you get a creamy sauce.
7. Adjust salt and pepper.

Combine the Chicken with the Sauce:
8. Return the chicken breasts to the pan and cook in the truffle sauce for another 2-3 minutes, until well coated.

Serve:
9. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
