Ingredients
For the cake:
- 150 g Flour
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Melted butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 g Nocholina

- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 50 ml Fresh cream
Instructions
Prepare the Cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 22 cm (9-inch) round cake pan.
2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted butter and milk, mixing well.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Fold in the Nocholina.
Bake the Cake:
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let the cake cool completely.
Prepare the Ganache:
9. Melt the dark chocolate with the cream over a double boiler, then stir in the Nocholina until smooth.
Assemble:
10. Spread the ganache over the cooled cake and let it set slightly before serving.
