Ingredients

For the crepes:

  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 30 g Melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • A pinch of salt

For the filling:

  • 150 g Nocholina Hazelnut and Cocomy Cocoa spreadable cream
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas, kiwi)

Instructions

Prepare the Crepe Batter:
1. I n a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and melted butter.
3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Crepes:
5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
6. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, tilting it to spread the batter evenly.
b Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Fill the Crepes:
8. Spread a layer of Nocholina and Cocomy on each crepe.
9. Add fresh fruit as desired.

Serve:
10. Roll up the crepes and serve immediately.
