Ingredients

  • 200 g CROCCANTE NERO Dark Chocolate Crunchy Nougat
  • 250 ml Heavy cream
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Powdered sugar, to taste
  • 150 ml Mervujshal wine
  • Cocoa powder (optional, for decoration)
  • Shaved dark chocolate (optional, for decoration)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Whipped Cream:
1. In a cold bowl, pour the heavy cream. Add the powdered sugar (if using).
2. Whip the cream with electric beaters until you achieve a soft and firm consistency. Be careful not to overwhip, as it may turn buttery.

Prepare the Nougat:
3. Cut the CROCCANTE NERO Dark Chocolate Crunchy Nougat into pieces or cubes of your preferred size. If the nougat is very hard, you can slightly warm it to make it easier to cut.

Assemble the Dessert:
4. Arrange the nougat pieces on a serving platter or individual plates.
5. Top each piece of nougat with a dollop of whipped cream. You can use a piping bag for a more elegant presentation or simply use a spoon.

Pairing with Wine:
6. Pour the Mervujshal wine into small glasses or goblets. Serve it chilled or at room temperature, according to your preference.

Decoration (Optional):
7. Dust a little cocoa powder over the whipped cream for an elegant touch.
