• Coconut and chocolate biscotti cantucci
• Dark chocolate
• Fresh cream
• Sugar
• Eggs
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Prepare the Egg Yolk Mixture:
2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and combine with the melted chocolate.
Whip the Cream and Egg Whites:
3. Separately, whip the cream and egg whites until stiff.
Combine Mixtures:
4. Gently fold the whipped cream and egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
Chill:
5. Pour the mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve:
6. Before serving, crumble the coconut and chocolate biscotti cantucci on top for added crunch.
