Ingredients
- 200 g Cocomy
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 300 ml Fresh cream
- 3 Egg whites
- 50 g Sugar
- A Pinch of salt
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate:
1. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
Prepare the Mousse:
2. In a bowl, mix the Cocomy with the melted chocolate until smooth.
Whip the Cream:
3. Whip the fresh cream until soft peaks form and gently fold it into the chocolate and coconut mixture.
Whip the Egg Whites:
4. Whip the egg whites with the sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream mixture.
Assemble and Chill:
5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
