Ingredients

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Fresh cream
  • 150 g Cocomy
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture:
1. In a large bowl, mix the coconut milk, fresh cream, and Cocomy until well combined.
2. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Chill the Mixture:
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap.

Freeze and Stir:
4. Place the container in the freezer. After about 45 minutes, remove it and stir vigorously with a fork to break up any ice crystals that have formed. This helps achieve a creamier texture.
5. Repeat this stirring process every 30 minutes for about 3 hours, until the ice cream reaches the desired consistency.

Serve:
6. Once the ice cream is well frozen and creamy, serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.
7. If the ice cream becomes too hard, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
