Ingredients

  • 200 g Nocholina Crunchy
  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 50 g Cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chopped hazelnuts (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the Nocholina Crunchy until smooth.
3. Stir in the sugar.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition

Add Dry Ingredients:
5. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter and hazelnut mixture, mixing until just combined.

Bake the Brownies:
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
8. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, if desired.
9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve:
10. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares and serving.
