Ingredients
- 1 Cup Strawberries, halved or quartered
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 Cup Peaches or nectarines, peeled and sliced
- 1 Cup Pineapple, diced
- 1 Cup Grapes (white or red), halved and seedless
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar (optional, if fruit is very sweet, you can omit)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pomegranate Flavored
- Fresh Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Fruit:
1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly and pat dry.
2. Cut the fruit into similar-sized pieces for easy eating.
3. Place all the fruit in a large bowl.
Add Sugar (Optional):
4. If desired, sprinkle the fruit with sugar and gently toss to distribute.
5. Let rest for about 10 minutes to allow the fruit to release its juices.
Add the Glaze:
6. Drizzle the Glaze With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pomegranate Flavored over the fruit.
7. Toss gently to coat the fruit evenly with the glaze.
Garnish and Serve:
8. Transfer the fruit salad to individual bowls or a large serving dish.
9. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a touch of color and freshness.
