Ingredients

• 1 baguette
• 3 tablespoons garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil
• 2 ripe tomatoes
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh basil

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Prepare the Bread:
2. Slice the baguette diagonally into pieces about 1 cm thick.
3. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with the garlic-infused olive oil.

Bake the Bread:
4. Bake the bread slices for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Topping:
5. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and season them with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh basil.
