Ingredients
• 4 Chicken breasts
• 1/4 Cup Organic Virgin Canola Oil
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 Teaspoon dried rosemary
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade:
1. In a bowl, mix together the Organic Virgin Canola Oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
3. Seal the bag and massage the chicken to distribute the marinade evenly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill:
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cook the Chicken:
5. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Serve:
6. Serve hot, perhaps accompanied by a fresh salad.
