Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon and ginger marmalade
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the lemon and ginger marmalade, lemon juice, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and minced garlic.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush them with the prepared sauce.
3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken:
4. Heat a grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
5. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Serve:
6. Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley and accompanied by grilled vegetables or a salad.
