Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 ml Vegetable oil
  • 150 g Plain yogurt
  • 1 Packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Nutina
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and flour a 24 cm (9-inch) round cake pan.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and frothy.
3. Add the vegetable oil, yogurt, and vanilla extract, mixing well.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients:
4. Sift together the flour and baking powder.
5. Gradually add them to the egg mixture, stirring gently until a smooth batter forms.

Add the Hazelnut Spread:
6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Spoon the Nutina in dollops over the surface, then cover with the remaining batter.

Bake:
8. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool completely.

Decorate:
10. Dust the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
