Ingredients
- 500 ml Fresh cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 g Sugar
- 6 g Gelatin sheets
- 150 g Nutina
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Gelatin:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
Heat the Cream and Milk:
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add the vanilla extract and Nutina, stirring until well combined.
Add the Gelatin:
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the squeezed gelatin sheets, stirring until completely dissolved.
Pour into Molds:
5. Pour the mixture into individual molds or one large mold and let cool at room temperature.
Chill and Serve:
6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
7. Serve directly from the molds or unmold onto dessert plates.
