Ingredients

Cheeses:
• 150 g of gorgonzola
• 150 g of aged pecorino cheese

Cured Meats:
• 100 g of smoked beef bresaola
• 100 g of prosciutto cotto (italian cooked ham)

Others:
• 1 jar of white fig jam
• 100 g of mixed olives (black and green)
• Pizza or Rosmary sticks
• 1 bunch of radicchio or arugula (for garnish)
• 8-10 cherry tomatoes
• 2-3 tablespoons of walnuts (optional)
• 2-3 tablespoons of honey (optional)
• 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
• Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Cheeses and Cured Meats:
1. Cut the gorgonzola and aged pecorino into slices or chunks.
2. Arrange the smoked beef bresaola and prosciutto cotto on a serving plate, folding or rolling them elegantly.

Assemble the Platter:
1. Place the gorgonzola and pecorino pieces on a large platter or serving board.
2. Add the smoked beef bresaola and prosciutto cotto next to the cheeses.
3. Place the white fig jam in a small bowl at the center of the platter, ready to be served with the cheeses.
4. Arrange the mixed olives in a separate bowl or directly on the platter.

Accompaniments:
1. Slice the baguette and arrange the slices or breadsticks on the platter.
2. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and add them to the platter.
3. If desired, add chopped walnuts for a crunchy element.
4. Include a small bowl of honey and one of balsamic vinegar to accompany the cheeses, if desired.

Decoration and Serving:
1. Garnish the platter with radicchio or arugula leaves and a few sprigs of fresh herbs.
2. Serve the platter immediately, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of flavors and combinations.
