Ingredients
- 200 g Spago Quadro Con Archetto
- 2 Tablespoons Spicy Velvet Rich Chili Pâté
- 4 Anchovy fillets in oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Pasta Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions (12-13 minutes).
Sauce Preparation:
2. Meanwhile, heat some Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic cloves.
3. When the garlic is golden, remove it and add the anchovy fillets.
4. Stir until they melt.
5. Add the Spicy Velvet Rich Chili Pâté and mix well.
Combine the Pasta and Sauce:
6. Drain the pasta al dente, reserving some cooking water.
7. Toss the pasta in the pan with the chili pepper and anchovy sauce, adding some cooking water if needed to combine everything.
Serve:
8. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
