Ingredients
• 200 g of your favorite pasta (penne or spaghetti work well)
• 1 cup Bariolè marinated olives, pitted and chopped
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• Fresh basil leaves, torn
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
Add the Olives:
4. Stir in the chopped Bariolè marinated olives and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Combine with Pasta:
5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat with the sauce.
Season and Serve:
6. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with torn fresh basil leaves before serving.
