Ingredients

  • 250 g Pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti) or colored pasta
  • 100 g Genovese pesto
  • 50 g Mini-Chomps Truffle crackers, crumbled
  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Grated cheese (Parmesan or Pecorino), to taste

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.

Drain and Mix:
2. Drain the pasta and place it in a bowl.
3. Add the Genovese pesto and mix well.

Season:
4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve:
5. Divide the pasta among serving plates.
6. Sprinkle the crumbled Mini-Chomps Truffle crackers on top of the pasta.
7. Finish with a drizzle of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a sprinkle of grated cheese.
