Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Italian Peeled tomatoes (about 400 g)
  • 200 g Pitted Olives Nocellara del Belice
  • 1 Garlic clove (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Crispy bread (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Tomatoes:
1. Drain the Italian Peeled Tomatoes and cut them in half or quarters.
2. Rub the garlic on the bowl or tomatoes (optional).

Mix the Salad:
3. Add Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, then mix gently.
4. Slice the Pitted Olives Nocellara del Belice and add them to the tomatoes.
5. Tear the basil leaves and add them to the salad.

Season and Serve:
6. Season with salt and pepper, mix, and serve immediately.
7. Accompany with crispy bread if desired.
