Ingredients

  • 200 g Penne Rigate
  • 50 g Spicy Bariolè Olives, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce:
1. In a large pan, heat Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté garlic until golden brown.
2. Add the Spicy Bariolè Olives and cook for a few minutes.

Cook the Pasta:
3. Cook the penne rigate according to package instructions.

Combine and Serve:
4. Toss the cooked penne with the olives and garlic mixture.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
