Ingredients

For the cream:

  • 250 g Pistachotta Crunchy
  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml Fresh cream
  • 100 g Powdered sugar

For assembling:

  • 200 g Ladyfingers
  • 200 ml Cold espresso coffee
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for decoration

Instructions

Prepare the Cream:
1. Whip the fresh cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese and Pistachotta Crunchy until smooth.

Assemble the Tiramisu:
3. Dip the ladyfingers in the cold espresso coffee.
4. Layer them in a dish, then cover with a layer of Pistachotta Crunchy
5. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cream.

Chill and Serve:
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
7. Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder before serving.
