Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts
• 200 g creamy pistachio spread (20%)
• 1 lemon (juice and zest)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:
1. In a bowl, combine the pistachio cream, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken:
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.

Serve:
5. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with your choice of sides.
