Ingredients

For the layers:
• 200 g (7 oz) mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
• 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
• 200 g (7 oz) pistachio cream with 10% pistachio
• 200 g (7 oz) dairy-free yogurt (such as almond or coconut yogurt)

For decoration:
• Fresh mint leaves
• Granola

Instructions

Prepare the Berries:
1. In a bowl, toss the mixed berries with honey or maple syrup. Set aside.

Mix the Cream and Yogurt:
2. In another bowl, gently fold the pistachio cream into the dairy-free yogurt until well combined.

Assemble the Parfaits:
3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the pistachio cream mixture and berries. Start with a layer of the cream mixture, then add a layer of berries. Repeat until the glasses are filled.
