Ingredients

  • 1,5 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Pistachotta 30%
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

Mix the Wet Ingredients:
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted butter, Pistachotta 30%, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Combine Dry Ingredients:
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.

Bake the Cake:
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
10. Transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
