Ingredients

• 12 Medjool dates, pitted
• 1/2 cup (120 g) pistachio cream with 10% pistachio
• 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped pistachios
• A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Dates:
1. Carefully open each pitted date slightly to create a small pocket.

Stuff the Dates:
2. Spoon or pipe a small amount of pistachio cream into each date.

Add Toppings:
3. Sprinkle the stuffed dates with chopped pistachios and a pinch of sea salt.

Serve:
4. Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving plate and enjoy as a sweet, nutty snack or appetizer.
