Ingredients
For the gnocchi:
• 500 g potatoes
• 150 g flour
• 1 egg
• A pinch of salt
For the chocolate sauce:
• 200 g dark chocolate spread
• 100 ml fresh cream
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare the Gnocchi:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Peel and mash them while still warm.
2. Mix the mashed potatoes with flour, egg, and salt to form a smooth dough.
3. Shape into cylinders and cut into pieces to make gnocchi.
Cook the Gnocchi:
4. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chocolate Sauce:
5. In a saucepan, heat the fresh cream with sugar and vanilla extract over medium heat.
6. Add the dark chocolate spread and butter, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Serve:
7. Arrange the gnocchi on a serving plate and pour the warm chocolate sauce over them. Serve immediately.
