Ingredients

  • 100 g Pitted Olives Nocellara del Belice
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Cut the buffalo mozzarella into cubes.

Combine the Ingredients:
3. Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella, and Pitted Olives Nocellara del Belice in a bowl.
4. Add fresh basil leaves.

Season and Serve:
5. Season with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Serve fresh.
