- 1 Can Diced Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dried oregano, to taste
Instructions
Preparation:
1. In a pan, heat some Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté the chopped garlic.
2. Add the Diced Peeled Tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Serve:
Use the sauce to top toasted bread crostini.
