Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Virgin Canola Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheese (Cheddar or aanother of your Choice)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Spinach

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
3. In another bowl, whisk together the Organic Virgin Canola Oil, and milk.

Combine Ingredients:
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the grated cheese and chopped spinach. 6. Fill the muffin liners with the batter, about 3/4 full.

Bake the Muffins:
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
8. Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving.
